Hollow or Flat Cheeks
Lost midface volume is often the first sign of facial aging. It shows up as flatness, mild sagging, and shadows under the cheekbones. We rebuild structure with Voluma, Radiesse, or RHA 4 or Form depending on how much lift versus flexibility your face needs.
Marionette Lines & Lower Face Sagging
The lines running from the corners of the mouth downward respond well to filler that supports structure without stiffening natural movement. Our go-tos are Vollure, Juvéderm, and RHA, Versa or Smooth.
Thin or Aging Lips
Whether you want subtle enhancement or to soften vertical lip lines (“lipstick lines”), we tailor thickness to the effect you want, from barely-there to fuller, using Versa, Volbella, RHA 2,RHA Redensity or Versa.

Tear trough hollowing creates shadows that read as “tired” regardless of how much sleep you're getting. We often start this treatment first by addressing the cheeks and midface with filler. Carefully placed filler in the mid face first offers support to the treat trough area and help camouflage bags. We treat the delicate tear trough area with Volbella or RHA Redensity, using an ultra-fine needle and slow technique for comfort.
Fine Lines on Delicate Skin
Crow’s feet, smoker’s lines, and other superficial fine lines need a thinner, softer product than deeper folds require. RHA Redensity or Volbella is our go-to here, and it layers well with Botox or a denser filler underneath.

How do I know which filler is right for me?
It depends on the concern, not the brand. Structural rebuilding (cheeks, jawline) calls for something thick, durable and long lasting like Radiesse, Voluma, or RHA 4 or Form. Lower face support calls for Vollure, Juvéderm, or RHA 3 or Versa. Lips and under-eyes call for Volbella or RHA Redensity. This is exactly why we don't sell filler off a menu, we map it to your face in consultation.
What makes different filler brands actually different?
Differences between different fillers come down to manufacturing, not marketing. Every brand cross-links the same base molecule (hyaluronic acid) differently and variations in bonding density, particle size, and cohesivity change how firm, moldable, or long-lasting the gel is. A dense, structural gel behaves nothing like a soft one built to disappear into thin under-eye skin. We don't pick filler off a price list. We match the physical properties of a specific formulation to your specific anatomy, skin thickness, and the way your face moves. Knowing why two products that sound similar on paper perform differently in the tissue is the difference between a good result and a great one, and it’s the kind of nuance that comes from hands-on experience across the full range of these technologies.
Is filler painful?
Most patients describe mild pressure rather than real pain. Topical anesthesia is available, but most of our fillers already contain a numbing agent (lidocaine), so it's rarely necessary. We use topical anesthetic and ice packs.
How long does filler last?
Filler lasts anywhere from 6 months to 2 years depending on the product and area treated:
Voluma: Up to 24 months
RHA 4: Up to 18 months
Radiesse: Up to 18 months
Evolus Form: Up to 12 months
RHA 2 & 3: Up to 15 months
Vollure: 9 to 12 months
Evolus Smooth: Up to 9 months
RHA Redensity: Up to 12 months
Juvéderm: 6 to 12 months
Volbella: 6 to 9 months
Versa: 6 to14 months
What should I do before my appointment?
We recommend starting sublingual Arnica ahead of time to reduce bruising. For 3 to 5 days prior, avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen), alcohol, omega-3s, fish oil, flaxseed oil, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, and Ginkgo Biloba. Before stopping any medication, please always confirm with your primary physician.
What are the side effects of filler?
Most side effects are mild-to-moderate and resolve within 7 to10 days. Side effects can include temporary redness, tenderness, firmness, swelling, minor lumps or bumps, bruising, itching, or discoloration at the injection site. As with any injection, there’s a small risk of infection. If bruising does occur, we can treat it with IPL to speed resolution.
Is filler safe?
Yes. Our HA-based fillers (Juvéderm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, RHA Collection, Versa) contain a substance naturally found in the body, require no allergy testing, and are immediately reversible. Radiesse’s calcium hydroxylapatite is a naturally occurring mineral that the body absorbs over time. All are FDA approved. As with any procedure, results and risk depend on technique and experience, which is exactly what a consultation is for.
