How much does Botox cost?

We do A LOT of Botox so you have come to the right place! We don't charge by the unit or syringe, rather we look at the area and needs of the patient. We recommend a full consultation to design a custom plan. Having a face to face consultation – either in person or virtual $50 (fee is deducted from your first service) – is the best way to discuss risks, benefits, expected outcome and, of course, cost. How much does filler cost?

We LOVE fillers and have several different types. We recommend a full consultation to determine which filler will be the best for the look you're going for, your facial structure and the goals you’re trying to achieve. Having a face to face consultation – either in person or virtual $50 (fee is deducted from your first service) – is the best way to learn about the various fillers, how they are used and behave and which ones are right for you. What is Coolscultping/Cooltone?

We've been doing Coolsculpting since 2014 and are proud to be the first in the Hudson Valley to offer CoolTone. Coolsculpting is a wonderful way to remove unwanted fat. CoolTone is a fantastic way to strengthen, tone and tighten the muscles of the abs, glutes and buttock. They work great together. Coolsculpting is a custom treatment. Each client has a different treatment than the next. We need to assess you here in the office to determine your best treatment plan. At your consultation we will establish if you are an appropriate candidate, discuss risks, benefits, expected outcome and, of course, cost. How does Laser Hair Removal work?

For Laser Hair Removal, you need 6-8 sessions for permanent results. If you do 4-5 sessions, the hair will come back. You must not be tan, tanning or using self-tanners when you have laser treatment. Please be mindful of sun exposure before you come in. If you are a tanner or use tanning machines, we might consider starting in the fall, but we can figure that out at a consultation. No waxing or plucking, but PLEASE shave or trim – we need the hair in the follicle. We offer a package price of 7 sessions at 10% off plus the 8th one for free. You will LOVE Laser Hair Removal. What is your cancellation policy?

When booking an appointment, we require credit card information to hold the appointment time. You will receive a confirmation email and text 48 hours to your appointment. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or do not show up, $100 will be charged to your credit card.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We accept Carecredit or Cherry. Both offer payment plans that allow you to pay for services over time interest free. We also accept Alle, a program that offers savings and rewards on Botox, Coolscultping and other select services.

Can I order a gift certificate?

You bet. You can purchase an online gift certificate here. Available in denominations of $25-$1000, e-gift certificates make great gifts. Gift Certificates are redeemable for any of our Services and or products in our shop.

Can I pick up my order in Kingston?

Yes! You can place your order online and then select "pick-up" at check out. You can then pick up your order at our Kingston, NY location. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.

What if I don't live in the continental USA?

We are In Store Pick Up only!

What if the item I want is not in stock?

We will inform you by email if an item is out of stock and tell you how long the lead-time is expected to be for the item to come back into stock. At that point you can choose to cancel the order or wait until it's available.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date. Any refunds are only available for store credit.

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping & handling charges. Merchandise purchased from medicalaestheticshv.com may be returned for medicalaestheticshv.com store credit within 14 days of delivery of goods by medicalaestheticshv.com in its original condition. medicalaestheticshv.com is unable to accept returns on sale merchandise, items returned without a receipt or invoice and items received more than 14 days after delivery.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Your online medicalaestheticshv.com merchandise can be returned in person only. Any returned merchandise must include the original receipt and must be in its original undamaged condition. Upon receipt and inspection of goods the appropriate exchange or merchandise store credit for the amount reflected on the original receipt will be processed. Once the return is received we will email you confirmation of the return. If you are requesting a credit we will send you a store credit memo via email. As stated above refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace.
