Memberships require a 6-month commitment and may not be canceled during the first six months. Your first month’s payment is due before membership benefits begin. If you join on the same day as your procedure, your initial payment will be banked and applied to a future visit.

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable, and all funds remain available to be used in-office. After the initial six-months, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued.

Membership discounts may be combined with Aspire, Alle, and Merz rewards programs; our team is happy to help you enroll and manage these accounts. However, monthly subscription balances cannot be supplemented with other promotional or vendor programs, including Alle (Brilliant Distinctions), Aspire Rewards, loyalty points, or account credits. These programs may still be applied at checkout.
