Staff

All Medical Aesthetics of Hudson Valley therapists are New York State licensed and trained at Medical Aesthetics of Hudson Valley.

 

Booking Appointments

Please call us at 845-339-5273 to book all appointments. Currently, we accept some appointments online.

 

Consultations

While we offer a great selection of high quality result oriented services, all procedures are not for all people. We require consultations for most laser procedures and physician consultations for injectables. Individually-designed treatment plans with careful patient selection helps us deliver optimal results. Please contact us to schedule. We charge $50 for the in office consultation which we gladly apply to any procedure you decide to have. Virtual Consults are available as well, $25.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and things come up!

  1. In order to book an appointment we will require a credit card to secure the booking.

  2. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $100.

  3. No call no show for an appointment results in a $100 fee and immediate discharge from practice.

  4. Clients that are 15 minutes or more late will not be able to be seen and #2 will be applied.

Refunds

Refunds are for spa credit only. Refunds must be made within 14 days of your receipt date. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping & handling charges.

 

Exchanges

When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for treatments and services in any denomination; good for two years, non-refundable.

 

Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Cash, and Medical Aesthetics of Hudson Valley gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

 

Financing

Financing is available through CareCredit.com. Please contact the office for more information. 

Punctuality

We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Medical Aesthetics of Hudson Valley, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

  • You may opt to shorten your treatment.

  • You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a $50 cancellation charge will be incurred.
